🚀 Hiring: Business Finance – Manufacturing
📍 Location: Gurgaon (5 Days Working + 1 Day WFH)
💰 CTC: Up to 20 LPA

We are looking for a Business Finance professional with 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing to drive financial planning, costing, and margin analysis.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue analysis across products, customers & business units
- Monitor and control COGS (RM, labor, overheads)
- Product & customer-wise margin and profitability analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Monthly MIS, dashboards & management reporting
- Partner with sales, plant & procurement for cost optimization
- Strengthen controls and improve ERP/MIS processes
🎯 Requirements:
- CA / MBA (Finance)
- Strong knowledge of costing, inventory & financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling & ERP (SAP preferred)
- Good stakeholder management & communication skills
