I am working with a leading Lower Middle Market Private Equity Firm that is looking to hire a Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in Kansas City, KS.
Job Brief:
- Evaluate investment opportunities across niche manufacturing, business and industrial services, consumer, and healthcare sectors through financial analysis, market research, and commercial due diligence.
- Build and maintain detailed LBO, operating, and valuation models to support investment decisions and prepare investment committee materials.
- Assist with transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and coordination with management teams, lenders, and external advisors.
- Partner closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to identify operational improvements and support long-term value creation initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, analyze industry and market trends, and help source new investment opportunities throughout the Midwest.
