Finance Business Partner
Sofia, Bulgaria

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the planning and budgeting process, working closely with Business Unit Managers.
- Participate in the preparation of a vision for the development of the company, including the strategic plan.
- Participate in discussions regarding the strategic and annual goals set by the VMFG.
- Create a system for collecting, consolidating, and verifying information from divisions/departments needed for strategic/business planning.
- Analyze and test prerequisites, forecasts, and data provided by divisions/departments in connection with strategic/business planning, as well as monthly plans and forecasts.
- Be responsible for the preparation of a revised business plan, in accordance with trends, revenue and expenditure analyses, and transmit them within the specified forms and deadlines.
- Be responsible for preparing regular forecasts for the implementation of monthly and annual plans, based on trends and information on expected realization by the sales team. Prepare cash flow forecasts and identify the need for working capital.
- Be directly responsible for overall financial management and risk management in business units you serve.
- Be responsible for reporting and analysis, as well as for liaising with others.
- Participate in the business project management process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Analysis and Process Improvement skills.
- Understanding of data management and data quality principles.
- Previous experience with Business Objects is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems; Navision skills are an advantage.
- A very good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
