Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant/Advisor role based in Mosta. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance and accuracy in accounting operations, computing and presenting client business valuations, and providing strategic financial advice to clients. The role also involves overseeing budgets, creating financial models, and actively supporting clients in risk management, tax optimization, and business planning efforts. Candidates will be part of a collaborative environment that emphasizes providing exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Risk Management, Tax Planning, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proven experience in a similar advisory or senior accounting role
- Experience working in Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services will be considered an asset
- Exceptional Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Decision-Making Skills
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced Written and Verbal Communication Skills for client interaction and documentation
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
