Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join their growing Finance team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices for aviation and non-aviation services
• Maintain and reconcile the Accounts Receivable Ledger
• Handle billing schedules, credit notes, refunds, and reconciliations
• Review billing discrepancies and liaise with internal departments
• Administer employee travel allowances and petty cash management
• Support the Finance Department with day-to-day financial operations
✅ Requirements:
• Experience or qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience in Accounts Receivable is considered an asset
• Familiarity with accounting systems (Microsoft Business Central is a plus)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Team player with a proactive mindset
