Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance & Admin Manager / Finance Executive / Admin Assistant based in Singapore, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves managing financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting, while coordinating administrative processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include financial analysis, handling payroll and expense management, supporting compliance with company policies and regulations, and facilitating communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
- Experience with payroll management and expense tracking
- Administrative management skills, including organizing and coordinating office operations
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet tools, and other relevant applications
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
- Understanding of regulations and policies relevant to finance and administration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Past experience in agriculture or related industry is considered a plus
