Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance & Admin Manager / Finance Executive / Admin Assistant based in Singapore, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves managing financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting, while coordinating administrative processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include financial analysis, handling payroll and expense management, supporting compliance with company policies and regulations, and facilitating communication between departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
  • Experience with payroll management and expense tracking
  • Administrative management skills, including organizing and coordinating office operations
  • Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet tools, and other relevant applications
  • Keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
  • Understanding of regulations and policies relevant to finance and administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Past experience in agriculture or related industry is considered a plus
