We are partnering with a leading global organization to identify a Finance Director to join a newly established, high-impact business hub in Puerto Rico.
This is a senior leadership role ideal for a strategic, hands-on finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments and is excited to shape the financial foundation of a growing operation.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned with business objectives
• Build and implement scalable financial processes, controls, and infrastructure
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance (US GAAP & SOX), and performance analysis
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on business decisions and investments
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, legal, HR, and global stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, reporting, and compliance
• Experience in start-up, transformation, or new business environments
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico tax and regulatory landscape is a plus
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong executive communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives
