Our client, a regulated European bank specializing in innovative sectors, is seeking a Factoring Manager to join their team in Malta. This role is responsible for overseeing factoring operations, managing client relationships, leading a small team, and ensuring efficient service delivery and portfolio performance.
Salary: €40,000 – €50,000
Key Responsibilities
Lead the factoring team and oversee daily operations.
Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor portfolio performance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Oversee client records, funding arrangements, invoices, payments, and collections.
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
Requirements
2–3 years' experience in factoring, banking, finance, or a similar role.
Relevant degree-level qualification; factoring experience is an advantage.
Currently based in Malta with previous local work experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Knowledge of the digital advertising or gaming industry is a plus.
