Position: Experienced Divisional Controller for Financial Leadership in Construction
Lead financial operations as a Divisional Controller in the construction sector. Ensure adherence to policies, manage budgets, and drive financial performance in a dynamic work environment.
This role is crucial in managing the Finance Department and supporting senior leadership during budgeting and performance evaluation. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of accounting standards and have experience in construction or manufacturing industries. You’ll guide financial decisions, perform audits, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire accounting cycle including GL, AR, and revenue recognition
• Complete financial packages for timely reporting
• Oversee day-to-day cash flow management
• Conduct audits to monitor financial conditions
• Lead financial team development and training
Requirements:
• CPA designation or recent pass on CFE preferred
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
