Role Description The Executive Vice President is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership across True Care, Pod Health, and Andreas Angels. This role oversees organizational performance, sets and monitors strategic objectives, and collaborates with senior leadership to drive growth, quality of care, and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding long-term planning, reviewing financial and operational reports, leading key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission of serving underserved communities. The Executive Vice President will also support partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare, community services, or related sectors, with a track record of strategic planning and organizational growth.
- Strong skills in financial oversight, budgeting, and performance management to guide multi-entity operations.
- Experience in stakeholder management, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards relevant to community-based care settings.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and serving underserved communities.
- Advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field preferred; significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
