Job Description
To provide analytical, operational, and commercial support to the Global Markets Sales, Rates, and Trading desks. The role assists senior dealers with pricing, market analysis, client servicing, trade execution preparation, and maintaining trading tools. This position is the entry level into a career as a Dealer in Global Markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Support to Rates, Sales and Trading:
- Assist senior dealers in preparing pricing sheets, indicative quotes, and market presentations.
- Run deal tickets and ensure accurate booking of trades in the system.
- Support the execution workflow for FX spot, forward, swap, MM, and basic fixed-income products.
- Monitor client inquiries and route pricing requests to senior dealers.
- Help prepare daily P&L estimates, position updates, and exposure reports. B) Market Analysis & Research:
- Prepare daily indicative pricing and send to clients, update board rate in various channels
- Update and maintain yield curves, forward curves, and FX swap points.
- Assist in building and maintaining pricing models and GM analytical tools (Excel/Python).
- Track competitor pricing, spreads, and client flow patterns. C) Client Management Support:
- Help maintain and update the client list, segmentation, and coverage database.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, product proposals, trade ideas, and client solutions.
- Support Sales Dealers during client meetings with materials, data, and follow-up actions. D) Operational & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure all trades follow internal limits, approval processes, and compliance policies.
- Prepare trade documentation for audit and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Middle Office, Back Office, and Risk to resolve booking or settlement issues.
- Maintain logs for client requests, quotes, and executed trades.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
- Internship or exposure to banking/markets is an advantage.
