About the Role

We are looking for a highly aggressive, growth-oriented, and execution-focused E-commerce Manager who can drive rapid online business expansion across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling high-growth brands, managing large online accounts, executing impactful campaigns, and delivering revenue with profitability. This role demands ownership mindset, speed, analytical capability, and strong market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all e-commerce platforms
  • Own complete online business P&L, sales growth, and profitability
  • Develop category growth plans to maximize market share and brand visibility
  • Execute aggressive growth strategies to scale online business rapidly

Marketplace & Account Management

  • Manage key online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, JioMart, Blinkit, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders
  • Ensure strong visibility, premium placements, and platform-level growth opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations, promotional investments, and annual business planning

Online Sales & Promotional Planning

  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns during platform sale events
  • Drive traffic, conversions, and sell-out through effective promotional planning
  • Manage pricing strategy, product positioning, and promotional ROI
  • Forecast demand during sale periods and coordinate inventory readiness

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

  • Monitor competition pricing, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Analyze category trends, consumer behavior, and market opportunities
  • Recommend actionable business strategies based on data and market insights
  • Conduct benchmark analysis against industry leaders and competitors

Demand Planning & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with SCM, planning, and warehouse teams for smooth supply execution
  • Ensure optimum stock availability and minimize OOS (Out of Stock) situations
  • Monitor inventory health, ageing stock, and replenishment planning
  • Support smooth order fulfillment and customer experience

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key business KPIs including:
  • GMV
  • Revenue
  • ROI
  • Conversion Rate
  • Traffic
  • ASP
  • Market Share
  • Inventory Health
  • Prepare business reviews, growth dashboards, and performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency

Financial & Claim Management

  • Handle commercial claims, reimbursements, and account reconciliations
  • Monitor promotional spends and ensure financial accuracy
  • Drive process improvements to reduce losses and improve profitability

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA / Postgraduate preferred
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Online Sales
  • Experience in Mobile, Consumer Electronics, Smart Gadgets, or Consumer Durables preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystem and online consumer trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, fast execution capability, and target-driven attitude
