We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Projects to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects across the organization. You will lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of project strategies aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project management teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish and monitor key project metrics, KPIs, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to prioritize projects based on strategic importance and available resources.
- Implement and continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, updates, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, gathering feedback, and applying lessons learned.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing project budgets and resources, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications preferred.
