Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to clients or members
- Perform billing and payment reconciliations to ensure that accounts are up to date
- Process credit notes and refunds where required
- Prepare account statements and monthly billing reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing-related queries
- Maintain accurate billing and accounting records within financial systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Education:
- Bookkeeping qualification or short course (advantageous)
- Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in billing, accounting, or a similar finance role
- Previous experience as a Billing Clerk or Finance Administrator
- Skills:
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
