🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic projects and programs.
- Define project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Align project execution with corporate strategy and business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Report progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
- Mentor and develop project managers and team members.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in project management leadership or program management roles.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMO best practices).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and impact.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
