What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in performance improvement, operations, or process excellence within healthcare or complex environments
- Proven success leading enterprise-level initiatives and driving measurable change
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
