Our client are a fast growing multi national recruitment company and are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.
Finance Manager
Hybrid (4 days in)
£60k – £65K + Bonus
Central London
Duties:
- Reporting into the Finance Controller
- Responsible for delivery of monthly Management Accounts and quarterly Board Packs
- Management of all transactional processes
- Management of Accountants and other finance staff
- Responsible for payroll across three regions (US and EMEA) as well as commissions and bonus calculations for employees
- Ownership of day-to-day Group Treasury requirements, including management of Invoice Discounting Facility
- Ownership of cost base, keeping all records up to date and ensuring all spend is appropriate
- Primary day to day contact for external auditors
- Liaising with external accountants in the US and EMEA
- Prepare VAT & other tax submissions
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar level of role but looking to gain experience in a larger or faster growing business
- Experience of managing junior staff
- Good systems skills include Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and able to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Positive with a good sense of humour and empathy for others
- Enjoys being part of a team and supporting others
