Overview
Executive Branch is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee all front-of-house service and beverage operations at our Washington, DC club location. This individual will be responsible for maintaining elevated service standards, strong operational discipline, and seamless execution in a high-profile private club environment. This role works in close collaboration with culinary leadership and reports to the Executive Chef.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all front-of-house dining and beverage operations
• Lead, hire, train, and manage service managers, captains, and bar leadership
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure alignment between kitchen and service
• Establish and enforce service standards aligned with a high-profile membership base
• Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing efficiency
• Oversee beverage program execution, inventory management, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Support private events, leadership dinners, and member programming
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
• 5–10+ years in senior food & beverage leadership (private club, luxury hospitality, or fine dining preferred)
• Strong front-of-house operational expertise
• Experience serving high-net-worth and high-profile clientele
• Proven leadership ability — structured, decisive, and accountable
• Financial literacy including budgeting, labor management, and cost control
• Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
• Politically aligned with conservative values
Compensation
• $175,000 annual salary
