Job Description:
- Assist in providing financial business partnering support to the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Directorate
- Support strategic decision-making by delivering financial reports and cost analysis
- Monitor actual spending versus budget, highlighting key variances and cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure real estate financial transactions comply with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies
- Conduct cost analysis on property rentals, maintenance expenses, and capital expenditures (CapEx)
- Track and optimize facility management costs, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources
- Work closely with real estate, procurement, and facility management teams to ensure financial due diligence in property transactions
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate financial management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Understanding of real estate finance, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and facility management costs.
- Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar tools) and strong Excel-based financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment
