Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Company: East 57th Street Partners
Location: Greater Philadelphia
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: Philadelphia Metro Area, Pennsylvania (On-Site Required)
Compensation: $185,000 – $215,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Equity Stake
Overview
E57 Partners is partnering with a private equity sponsor to identify a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a platform company headquartered in the Philadelphia metro area.
The platform is a well-established founder's legacy business that was recently acquired by the private equity sponsor. With the sponsor now backing the company's next chapter, the focus is on honoring and building on the founder's legacy while pursuing an aggressive acquisition strategy complemented by strong organic growth.
This is the company's first dedicated strategic finance hire. Accounting and Controller functions are already in place; what the business needs now is a builder who can stand up the FP&A function from the ground up and—just as importantly—develop and lead the corporate development function that will power the company's acquisition strategy.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for someone who wants to build: owning both forward-looking finance and the deal engine at a critical inflection point for the platform.
Role Summary
The Director of FP&A will build and own the FP&A function while standing up and leading corporate development.
