Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our dealership. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Phoenix, AZ location. Responsibilities include managing financial planning, producing financial statements, overseeing reporting processes, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic business decisions. The Director of Finance will also collaborate with leadership to ensure financial health and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and drive decisions
- Experience in Financial Reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or MBA preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
