What You’ll Do

1. Direct Sales Management

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute rewarding sales strategies and programs to meet the growth plan, focusing on sales team recruitment to drive CASA, Term Deposits, and Credit products (Cards & Personal Loans). Design rewarding commission structures, set sales target, and host sales engagement events.
  • Sales Force Management: Directly train, guide, engage and perform quality control for the entire frontline sales team. Coordinate with sales support to help the sales team achieve the business goals and to ensure a sustainable and aggressive sales force.
  • Sales Performance Management: Partner with Data and Risk teams to monitor sales metrics, prevent fraud, optimize Cost-Per-Acquisition across all tiers, and report results to senior management.

2. Strategic Deposit Growth Initiatives

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Strategize and plan initiatives roadmap by tapping into high-intent customers.
  • Growth Execution: Pilot and scale outreach programs with external partners to drive sales volume for deposit products.
  • Growth Performance Management: Navigate and manage financial projections and budget reconciliation to ensure high ROI on deposit growth workstreams.
  • Usage Portfolio Synergy: Collaborate with Product Marketing to optimize card balance and usage through growth use cases.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Direct Sales, Growth Marketing, Performance Management, or Strategic Partnerships within Banking, Fintech, or high-growth Tech environments.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in managing large-scale direct sales or growth i
  • Execution Power: A "Self-Driver" who can navigate the ambiguity of a startup-like environment while maintaining the professional rigor of a commercial bank.
  • Skills: Strong command of growth metrics, advanced presentation skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
