We are currently looking for a Controlling Specialist (m/f).
JOB DESCRIPTIO
- NMonitoring customer collections and preparing collection report
- sAnalyzing business performance and profitability to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost optimizatio
- nParticipating in the issuance of customer Credit/Debit Notes, including posting and recording transaction
- sPreparing agent commission calculations and monitoring received commission invoice
- sPreparing and analyzing cost reports (S&S, packing materials, and other analyses
- )Preparing monthly business reports for the Head Office and Management Boar
- dManaging customer receivables insurance and credit management activitie
- sParticipating in tenders for credit insurance, property insurance, and other insurance policie
- sDeveloping and improving controlling tools, procedures, and business processes for all management level
- sWorking on and enhancing ERP systems; processing internal orders in SAP; creating and maintaining master data within the SAP CO module; supporting digitalization initiative
- sMonitoring project-related incoming invoices, preparing and submitting reports, CAPEX reporting, and return-on-investment calculation
- sParticipating in and being responsible for budget preparation, while coordinating with other department
- sPreparing data for the annual audit of financial statements, as well as for internal and external audits and inspections (internal audits, tax authority inspections, etc.
- )Performing tasks in accordance with the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System documentatio
- nBeing fully involved in maintaining and improving operational systems while ensuring a high level of compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) principle

REQUIREMEN
- TSUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fie
