Pay Details: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD. Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to perform customer service transactions and provide information and advice on products and services. The role focuses on building positive customer relationships, processing financial transactions, and promoting banking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures, regulations, and the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
- Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
- Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by contributing to team effectiveness and personal performance development.
- Assist the team, respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements where appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to connect calmly and courteously with diverse customers.
