Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored mortgage solutions and manage renewal leads, including retention offers and rate negotiations.
- Deepen relationships by identifying cross‑sell opportunities and partnering with Wealth, Business Banking, and Home Financing teams.
- Grow client base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the Customer Experience Model (CEM).
- Maintain strong risk management, compliance, and operational practices.
Key Qualifications
- Appetite and drive to build strong client relationships.
- Expert knowledge of mortgage products, processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in credit adjudication, negotiation, retention, and relationship‑building.
- Strong understanding of retail banking solutions and self‑service digital tools.
- Experience working with mortgage clients or within financial services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment that align to a client’s stated goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and e‑Signature tools.
