About the role
A. Ismailos A.E is looking for a Credit Controller to manage receivables and oversee collections. This role is critical to the company's cash flow and the health of its trading cycle, combining analytical thinking with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
· Monitor and manage the customer portfolio (accounts receivable / ledger)
· Track overdue balances and proactively contact customers to secure payment
· Manage and resolve disputes in collaboration with sales & customer service
· Reconcile customer accounts and issue statements of balances
· Support the month-end closing process
Requirements
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
· 1–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar role
· Good command of MS Excel (filters, pivot tables, reporting)
· Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Good written and spoken English
· Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
Nice to have
· Experience with an ERP / accounting system
· Knowledge of credit policy fundamentals and risk management
· Experience in a high-volume B2B environment
