About the Business

Under the Pallas Group umbrella, we operate purpose‑driven and ambitious brands inspired by a passion for excellence across the funds management and property industries.

Established in response to a growing lack of credit in the mid‑market property sector, Pallas is a global real estate debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand commercial real estate. Since inception, Pallas has built a strong reputation as a disciplined, reputable and risk‑aware non‑bank lender, having deployed over AUD $10 billion in real estate debt, while continuing to expand its global footprint and investor base.

As part of this continued growth, Pallas Group has launched an exciting new subsidiary, Funding Partner (https://www.fundingpartner.com.au/).
