Our Client
Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed organisation based in Dublin. Due to continued expansion and an ambitious acquisition strategy, they are seeking to appoint a Corporate Development Manager to join their growing team.

This role will suit professionals currently working within Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, M&A Advisory or Corporate Development who are looking to broaden their commercial and strategic experience.
The successful candidate will likely demonstrate:
- 3-8 years' experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory or Corporate Development
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Exposure to buy-side and/or sell-side transactions
- Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Role and Reporting Lines
Working closely with senior leadership and investors, responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the identification and evaluation of acquisition opportunities
- Leading financial analysis, valuation and modelling activities
- Managing buy-side transaction processes from evaluation through to completion
- Coordinating with management teams, investors and external advisors
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution activities
- Preparing investment papers and board presentations
- Assisting with post-acquisition integration and strategic initiatives
- Developing strong relationships across the investment and advisory ecosystem
