Requirements

What You’ll Do

Clean up ops, expand margins, and install leadership cadences

Drive client success: raise MRR, eliminate unprofitable work

Own the revenue engine: build the 21 demos/week SaaS pipeline

Assume full P&L authority over time: budgets, hiring, firing, comp design

Lead finance & FP&A: weekly cash and EBITDA pulse; board-ready reporting

Build and scale the talent bench: coach killers, exit passengers

Run the operating rhythm: L10s, WBRs, scorecards—without the founder in the room

Expand remit to Karrot.ai once SG systems are locked

Track record scaling revenue to$20-50M+ with ≥15% EBITDA

2+ internal promotions at multiple companies

Benefits

Base: $200,000 – $250,000
