Responsibilities
KBW Financial has partnered with a Boston area consumer products company to identify a Controller. This role will be focused on their North American business and be responsible for leading accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for several subsidiaries and managing a small team. This is an in office role 4 days per week. Additional details include:
- Oversee the GL close processes and financial statements.
- Responsible for the annual budget and preparation of periodic quarterly forecasts.
- Develop, implement, and document accounting policies and internal controls.
- Manage the balance sheet and reconciliations.
- Manage external auditors and tax advisors for North America.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and all applicable regulations.
- Cash flow management
- Manage the NA based accounting and finance teams.
- Business partner with cross functional peers to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Requirements
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related
- 7+ years of accounting and finance experience to include management experience
- ERP system skills and advanced data analytics.
COMP: $145,000 – 165,000 Base + Bonus + competitive benefits
