We’re looking for an Investment Analyst who wants to go beyond spreadsheets and become deeply involved in how businesses grow, raise capital, execute strategic transactions, and create long-term impact value.

About The Role
As an Investment Analyst, you will work directly on investment opportunities, private credit transactions, business valuations, capital raising initiatives, M&A projects, and growth strategy engagements across the 11th Space ecosystem.
You will evaluate businesses, build financial models, support transaction execution, develop investment materials, and contribute to strategic decision-making alongside founders, advisors, and investors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding businesses, solving complex problems, and turning data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Be Working On
Investment Analysis & Deal Evaluation
* Evaluate investment and financing opportunities across multiple industries.
* Analyze financial statements, cashflow, profitability, and business performance.
* Assess business models, growth potential, scalability, and operational risks.
* Build financial models, projections, and scenario analyses.
* Conduct business valuation exercises and investment assessments.
* Support due diligence and transaction evaluation processes.
* Develop recommendations that support investment and financing decisions.
Strategic Transactions & M&A Support
* Support merger, acquisition, divestment, and strategic partnership projects.
* Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic assessments of transaction opportunities.
* Assist in business valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring activities.
* Prepare transaction materials, management presentations, and investment cases.
* Support founders and management teams throughout transaction processes.
* Coordinate information flow among stakeholders during active transactions.
Capital Raising & Investor Relations
* Support private credit, equity investment, and capital raising initiatives.
* Prepare investment opportunities for distribution to investor networks.
* Develop investor-facing materials including Information Sheets, Investment Memorandums, and Executive Summaries.
* Assist in investor communications, Q&A sessions, and due diligence requests.
* Track investor interests, mandates, and preferences to improve matching effectiveness.
* Help strengthen relationships within the investor community and ecosystem.
Business Advisory & Venture Studio Support
* Support consulting and business advisory engagements.
* Assist in growth planning, strategic reviews, and business transformation initiatives.
* Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
* Support performance evaluation of Venture Studio portfolio companies.
* Contribute financial and business insights to founders and internal teams.
* Participate in special projects across the broader 11th Space ecosystem.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
* Maintain organized documentation for deals, analyses, and transactions.
* Ensure assumptions, models, and supporting data are properly documented.
* Track deal pipeline progress and prepare internal reporting updates.
* Contribute to the development of templates, databases, and internal knowledge systems.

Preferred Background
* Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, or related disciplines.
* 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consulting, Transaction Advisory, or similar fields.
* Experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, or transaction support.
* Familiarity with SMEs, startups, entrepreneurship, or growth-stage businesses is a plus.
* Exposure to M&A, fundraising, debt financing, or strategic transactions is highly valued.
