CV Resources is partnering with a well-established construction company in Twin Falls, ID to identify a Controller to lead their accounting operations. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Owner and overseeing the full accounting function.
This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a growing construction environment and enjoys building processes, supporting operations, and providing financial insight to ownership.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounting team

Oversee full-cycle accounting including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage job costing and WIP reporting

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Coordinate with external CPA firm on year-end and tax matters

Partner with the Owner to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within construction

Strong knowledge of job costing and percentage-of-completion accounting

Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000 – $140,000 DOE
