We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Define business processes, workflows, and process improvement recommendations.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and use cases.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
- Facilitate discussions to align requirements, priorities, and project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement & Solution Design
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis for process, system, and organizational changes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support forecasting, planning, and performance analysis initiatives.
Project Support & Delivery
- Participate in project planning, sprint activities, UAT, and implementation support.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validating delivered solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA, PGDM, or relevant certifications are preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Management Support, Process Excellence, or related functions.
