We are partnering with a successful Construction company in the Worcester area who is actively seeking a Controller to join their team. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in Construction and has staff supervision experience.
We are open to experienced Controllers or Assistant Controllers ready for the next step.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily accounting operations and staff
- Manage all close processes
- Point of contact for all audit matters
- Owning of all financial reporting
- Directly support FP&A needs
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- MBA and/or CPA preferred, but not required
- 4-5+ years of Construction experience
- Experience managing a team
- Strong, hands-on Excel skills
Compensation: $140,000-180,000 depending on experience
