Objective:

Oversight of Company Car Program: This role involves the administrative management of the company car fleet, with the aim of optimizing administrative and operational processes, implementing continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with critical activities such as planning, vehicle exchange, supplier management, and expense control. This role will work directly with internal areas to follow up on contracts, payments, and coordinate pending issues related to fleet operation.

Day to day (main tasks):

Vendor Administration, Compliance & Budget Management:

  • Complete administrative management of the vehicle fleet.
  • Expense control (vehicle ownership tax, tolls, fuel, license plates, insurance, fines).
  • Generate monthly and semi-annual reports for controlling and remarketing areas.
  • Verify and follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and payments with suppliers, including direct liaison with logistics and transport providers.
  • Ensure local documentation, process mapping, and controls are consistently updated.

Demonstration and Booking for Employees:

  • Manage the planning and exchange of vehicles based on operational needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support to fleet users for vehicle exchanges and operational inquiries.
  • Propose improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities within fleet operations.
  • Coordinate exhibition and training vehicle requirements with various stakeholders (e.g., Controlling, Marketing, Training), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Vehicle Journet & Assets management:

  • Oversee the vehicle journey including planning, infleet, operation and defleet.
  • Follow up on users’ requirements
  • Manage vehicle insurance and claims
  • Maintenance of assets

Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience: Proven experience in fleet management or purchasing/ administrative functions.
  • Languages: Advanced English

Location: CDMX (Santa Fe)

Local contract applies.
