Just Miss Cosmetics is growing, and we’re looking for a Commercial Staff to join our team.

Role Description
- Support commercial activities including sales operations, pricing, promotions, and order processing
- Work closely with the commercial & sales team to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor sales data, reports, and commercial performance
- Assist in preparing commercial documents (quotations, invoices, agreements, reports)
- Handle administrative tasks related to distributors, resellers, and key accounts
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all commercial transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial or similar roles
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply
- Interest or understanding of the cosmetics / beauty industry
- Creative thinker who can support promotions, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate across teams
- Proficient in Google Sheets, AI tools, and Canva
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
