Role Overview
We are working with a commodities trading firm, who is seeking a detail-oriented Graduate Operations Analyst to support its OTC Trading and Clearing functions. This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment, involving onboarding, payments and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage KYC and client onboarding processes
- Process and reconcile client payments
- Act as a point of contact for client queries
- Support daily OTC operations
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity
- Liaise with internal teams (Compliance, Trading, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Client-focused with a strong work ethic
Desirable
- Experience with MT5
- Knowledge of trading/financial markets
- Arabic language skills
