Growing real estate company with a 550-unit apartment portfolio and an 800-unit condominium association. Seeking a highly skilled financial professional to manage all accounting, reporting, and financial operations.
Job Description:
You will oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, owner distributions, condo association finances, and strategic financial planning. You will work closely with property management and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Full bookkeeping and accounting for apartments and condominium
Monthly financial statements and reports
Budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
Manage A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, reserves, and CapEx tracking
Condo association dues, assessments, and board financial reporting
Tax coordination with CPA
Ensure financial compliance and controls
Qualifications:
5+ years in real estate property accounting (multifamily + condos a plus)
Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi
Strong Excel skills
Audit and reserve management experience
CPA or CFO/controller background preferred but not required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Compensation:
Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 depending on experience
Bonus potential based on performance
