Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make a real impact in a global, technology-driven environment? We’re searching for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take ownership of monthly and annual closings under Swiss Local GAAP (OR)
- Prepare and reconcile accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and GL accounts
- Ensure data quality and compliance with internal controls
- Act as a key contact for internal and external audits
- Support and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, SCM, Sales) to optimize processes
- Drive improvements across finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Contribute to ERP enhancements and digitalization initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Finance & Accounting professional (Swiss certification or equivalent)
- 6–8 years of accounting experience, ideally in an international/industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of Swiss Local GAAP (OR) and tax topics
- Advanced SAP and MS Office skills
- Analytical, structured, and reliable mindset
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in German and English
