Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and lead operational excellence across the organization.

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, building scalable systems, optimizing performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This executive role requires exceptional business acumen, operational leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company's overall operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Develop scalable operating systems to improve organizational performance.

Work with the senior management team to support growth and expansion initiatives.

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for each department.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Build and maintain operational governance and internal controls.

Develop and mentor leadership teams at all levels.

Oversee supplier relationships and operational compliance.

Provide executive-level reporting and business performance analysis.

Qualifications:

8+ years of leadership or operations management experience.

Preferred candidates have held positions such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, or equivalent executive roles.

Preferred candidates have experience in financial services, banking, investment, fintech, or related industries.

Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution.

Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred candidates have an MBA or advanced business qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $280,000 to $350,000 per year.
