A leading Saudi-based industrial and manufacturing company specializing in infrastructure, road safety, steel fabrication, and industrial solutions. The company was established in 1970 and has grown into a well-established regional and international.
Location: Jeddah, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and planning.
* Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.
* Prepare and oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
* Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new business opportunities and investments.
* Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Lead risk assessment and financial risk mitigation strategies.
* Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
* Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
* Previous experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
* Strong experience with banking facilities, corporate financing, and treasury management.
* Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
* ERP user: SAP.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
