We’re working with a high-growth, PE backed international digital business looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst – a rare role at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.
This isn’t a typical FP&A position. You’ll play a key role in shaping how finance operates, driving automation, data ownership, and decision-making at scale.
What you’ll do
- Turn complex, messy data into clear, actionable insight
- Own and evolve KPIs and core reporting datasets
- Build financial models that drive real decisions
- Improve and automate workflows, less manual, more scalable
- Act as the bridge between finance, data, and the wider business
What we’re looking for
- Background in FP&A, analytics, or data-driven finance
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
- Experience working with KPIs, datasets, or reporting frameworks
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
