Salary Range: $250,000 – $275,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits

We are seeking a CFO to lead the financial operations of a growing company. The role will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership to support decision-making.
- Manage all accounting and finance functions and month-end and year-end close
- Ensure accurate/ timely financial reporting (US GAAP)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business planning
- Oversee audits, tax filings, and relationships
- Mentor and lead finance team
- Partner on strategic growth / process and system change
Qualifications/ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience managing audits, budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial operations
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Previous CFO experience
