Responsibilities
- Reporting to the management and provide the support to the management.
- Prepare draft consolidated financial statements for management review and approval.
- Assist in the monthly accounting close and consolidation process.
- Perform technical analysis to determine variance explanations.
- Assist with internal reporting packages for management review and decision-making.
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of audited financial statements for each quarter and year-end, and act as a support liaison with Internal / External auditors.
- Monitor and manage cash flows and banking for the Company.
- Manage and supervise the Finance Department staff including timely and thorough financial statement review.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting knowledge (CPA is preferred)
- Public company experience (audit, financial statements, reporting, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEC reporting processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with building standard operating procedures, including appropriate financial internal controls.
- Preferred experience: previous exposure to investors, analysts, company boards.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
