Requirements
- Experience either as a small company Chief Financial Officer or as a division Vice President, Finance partnering with the P&L leader (with ownership of both top and bottom lines) to run and transform a business.
- Experience in manufacturing businesses that compete in cyclical industries.
- Experience with accounting in a public company environment is preferred; M&A experience is desirable.
- The ability to affect change and transformation as demonstrated by leading or participating in the leadership of an ERP implementation, or building/developing/upgrading a team of finance professionals, or success in other areas of change management.
- Adept at FP&A and management reporting: strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and develop creative solutions to complex financial challenges.
