Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Finance Officer – Exec Levels and Controller roles based in Taguig. The executive will oversee all financial aspects of the company, managing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial forecasting, and providing strategic guidance to optimize resource allocation and performance. The CFO will lead the finance team, work closely with executive leadership, and play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Advanced knowledge in Finance, including managing financial operations and strategic planning
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in Budgeting, including creating, monitoring, and optimizing budgets
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a finance team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial compliance, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
