Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the Board of Directors and the Director of Fuel Ecosystem Business in driving business performance through management reporting, business analysis, budgeting, and cost analysis. The role involves monitoring strategic initiatives and action plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution, gathering and documenting business requirements, developing dashboards and KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall business performance.
Job Description:
- Support the Board of Directors in managing the organizational rhythm through the consolidation of internal resources.
- Support the Director of Fuel Ecosystem Business by providing comprehensive management reporting.
- Monitor and follow up on action items from Meeting Minutes (MoM) to ensure timely execution and alignment across stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, maintain accountability, and provide updates on key initiatives and action plans.
- Cost analysis and support budgeting
- Collect , analyze and documentbusines requirement from stakeholder
- Assist in developing dashboard, reports, and KPI’s to monitor operational and financial performance
- Support business performance mapping and identify opportunities
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Business Performance, Strategy & Planning, Business Analysis, Corporate Planning, PMO, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Experience in business performance monitoring, strategic planning, KPI development, and management reporting.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to support business decision-making.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Experience in monitoring action plans, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely follow-up of meeting outcomes and key initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, SAP, ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
