Position: Business Analyst for Regulatory Reporting
Become a critical player at Bank of China (Canada) as a full-time Business Analyst focused on Regulatory Reporting and Transformation. Support the Digital Transformation Office in automating and optimizing reporting processes.

This role requires a detail-oriented business analyst with 3–5 years of experience, specializing in regulatory reporting within the banking sector. You will gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements, develop documentation, and facilitate system enhancements. Collaborating with teams across Finance, IT, and Compliance is essential to drive automation initiatives successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document regulatory requirements for reporting automation

• Support design and validation of automated regulatory reports

• Analyze financial data sources to enhance automation

• Conduct gap analysis for process improvement opportunities

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Power BI

• Experience with data mapping and reconciliation

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
