Job Description
Would you like to join an experienced team that plays a key role in ensuring regulatory reporting compliance at Danske Bank?
This is an opportunity to join our Regulatory Reporting FI< team as a Business Analyst.
You will be part of a team with end-to-end ownership of COREP, FINREP, MFI and AnaCredit reporting, as well as other sustainability and local reports. Today, Regulatory Reporting delivers more than 1,500 submissions per year across all entities and locations.
You will work with colleagues in Vilnius, Copenhagen and Helsinki, as well as stakeholders across the bank — from headquarters functions to business units and IT.
Your main focus will be maintaining high standards for report data quality, consistency and timely delivery in line with regulatory expectations.

The role is based in Vilnius, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. Please note that relocation support is not provided for candidates outside Lithuania.
You will:
- Map, extract and validate accounting, controlling and regulatory reporting-related data from core systems
- Collect and/or coordinate the collection of relevant data by engaging with stakeholders across the organisation, including IT and business teams
- Work with the team to learn and understand existing reporting processes, helping to automate and integrate them with third-party solutions to increase efficiency
- Establish active controls to improve data quality and consistency across reports
- Document performed activities and supported processes in line with best practices for risk management and auditing
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience working in regulatory reporting
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken; Finnish language skills would be considered an advantage
- Good familiarity with ECB and EBA regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using Excel, experience in working with SQL or other data management tools
- Good understanding of financial and banking processes, products and financial data
- Experience with designing and automating reporting data flows
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to work with large sets of structured data, including data joining and transformation
- Ability to work independently while contributing to teamwork and knowledge-sharing within the team

Monthly salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
