Responsibilities:

Studies and Analyses Related to transition from Pool‑Level to Loan‑Level Mortgage‑Backed Securities (MBS) Program.
Assessing an enterprise‑wide transition from a pool‑level Mortgage‑Backed Securities (MBS) program to a loan‑level MBS program.
This shift has broad implications for operational processes, technology architecture, data management, and the responsibilities as the Pool Processing Agent (PPA) Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA) under the MBS Issuance and Bond Administration (MBSIBA) contract.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, product, or project delivery
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC ways of working
Experience with requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement
Business and process skills
Requirements gathering
Business process mapping
Gap analysis
Root cause analysis
Process improvement
Operating model understanding

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, operations, or related field
MS Excel, PowerPoint
Jira & Confluence
Visio or Lucidchart
SQL
Tableau / Power BI preferred
